January Booster Meeting

The January Booster meeting is being moved to Neshaminy Chick-Fil-A. Next Wednesday is Spirit Night for the choir at Chick-Fil-A from 4 - 8pm. We will hold an informal Booster Meeting at 6pm with all those who would like to attend & eat our Chicken sandwiches to support the choir. See you there!

The Trenton Titan game may be postponed

Will keep you posted and will know in a couple of days about a new date for the choir singing at the Trenton Titan Hockey game.

Payments for Trip to Neshaminy High School

The next trip payment is due January 30th. Please make all checks payable to Neshaminy High School - not to NHSVMB. If school is not back in session, please get your payment directly to the Neshaminy High School Office. Any money that is in your student booster account will be forwarded to your trip account on January 30th. Thanks!

BJ's Memberships!

Anyone who sold BJ's memberships, and can't get them to school BY FRIDAY, you can mail them to me. Joanne Morelli, 203 Chilton Place, Langhorne PA 19047. You will be credited $5 per membership sold when our check comes in.

MUSIC TRIP - WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE to not be charged any $$$$$$

The deadline to withdraw from the trip without being charged ANY money is January 15^th.  Students needing to withdraw need to e-mail the boosters by the 15^th to not be charged!!

We need VOLUNTEERS for the muscial

Parents/Guardians of students in the musical - We need volunteers to chair and be on some committees for the musical. Please sign up when the paperwork comes home after the Holiday break. We need a chair for Kiss the Cast and the Cast Dinner between shows on Sat. Feb 11th. All the info you need to run these events will be given to you. It is pretty easy to do and will help us out tremendously. We will need people to help at the Concession Stand and Kiss-the-cast table. Ushers are needed for each performance. Please come and be a part of this great experience - your student will appreciate your interest and we appreciate your time. It takes a village to present these productions and it is nice to get to know the kids and other parents. Please, come & join us!

Next Booster Meeting - Wed., Nov. 16th 2011

The November Booster Meeting is tomorrow night in the choir room at 7pm. Lots to discuss - fundraisers, the music trip, fundraisers, the concert, fundraisers, the musical, fundraisers, student accounts, and more fundraisers. Bring your ideas, insight, & experience. See you there!
