Commitment Fee Due By Dec. 22, 2010

The commitment fee allows your child to participate in choir activities (trips, banquet, & senior scholarship). This fee helps provide uniforms, equipment, the vocal banquet, and other needed supplies.

• You can fundraise the amount needed
• Or you can pay it directly
• Checks can be made payable to NHSVMB
• Please write your child's name and "commitment fee" in the memo line
• Payments can be given to Ms. Rhy or Mrs. Nichols, upon her return
