PLEASE PAY BY CHECK
Please make payments for Commitment Fee, fundraisers, banquet, etc... by check to NHSVMB. We do accept cash, but checks make bookkeeping & banking much easier and a check gives us a record of who the payment is from. Also always write your student's name in the memo line.

COMMITMENT FEE - $60
FYI - The commitment fee is an "activity fee" that helps support the choir needs. The commitment fee helps to pay for the banquet, senior scholarships, and other items for the choir. It does not go into the student's account, but it allows the student to participate in trips and the banquet. If you do not want to pay the fee directly with a check or cash the student can fundraise the $60, prior to the due date. The commitment fee checks should be payable to NHSVMB.

Commitment fees
Approximately 75 students have not paid their commitment fee or have only partially paid. The fee is $60 to attend any choir trip, the Banquet, and to apply for a senior scholarship. Letters will be given to individual students starting next week who have not paid, with a FINAL DUE DATE of MARCH 16, 2012. We will not be collecting and processing any more Commitment Fees after that date and the student will not receive an invitation to the Banquet.

Volunteers are needed for all performances of the musical. We especially need USHERS. Just a small amount of your time, is a tremendous help to the show. We can't do it without your help & support. Please return your volunteer form ASAP. Thanks to those who have volunteered already.

BJ's Memberships
Please bring any BJs fundraising collected to Chick-Fil-A, Wed.1/18 between 6 and 7 pm. Make $5 for every membership sold. Remember, you are getting people $10 OFF a membership AND 3 months extra! $40 for a 15 month membership! (normally $50 for 12 months) Existing memberships CAN be extended with this offer also! January Booster Meeting
The January Booster meeting is being moved to Neshaminy Chick-Fil-A. Next Wednesday is Spirit Night for the choir at Chick-Fil-A from 4 - 8pm. We will hold an informal Booster Meeting at 6pm with all those who would like to attend & eat our Chicken sandwiches to support the choir. See you there!

Payments for Trip to Neshaminy High School
The next trip payment is due January 30th. Please make all checks payable to Neshaminy High School - not to NHSVMB. If school is not back in session, please get your payment directly to the Neshaminy High School Office. Any money that is in your student booster account will be forwarded to your trip account on January 30th. Thanks!

MUSIC TRIP - WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE to not be charged any $$$$$$
The deadline to withdraw from the trip without being charged ANY money is January 15th. Students needing to withdraw need to e-mail the boosters by the 15th to not be charged!!
